I am working towards creating a Stat 110 course on edX. It is a massive and exciting project and in the early stages so I can't say much about it yet, but I will try to update this answer from time to time....
My existing Stat 110 online course at Statistics 110: Probability is a simulation of being in the lecture hall where I'm teaching, plus with hundreds of practice problems. I'm hoping that with edX I'll be able to make something that is closer to being a simulation of being in office hours with me (more interactive and personalized), though a realistic simulation of that would have to wait until an AI version of myself can be developed....
