I want to take some MOOCs to learn more about marketing. I see that both EdX and Coursera have MOOCs in this field, but which platform is better, do you think?

If you conduct a search for "Marketing" on Coursera, you get 663 matches, and 283 on EdX, so Coursera has more choice, but that doesn't mean the courses will be "better". Generally, EdX is better known for its excellent science courses whereas Coursera has a more balanced catalog.
Something else to consider is that you can still take a full course for free on edX (if you don't want a certificate), whereas on Coursera, you often have to pay to access the assignments and peer reviews. The discussion forums tend to be better on Coursera btw.
