The theme chosen for this year’s Expo 2015—a universal exposition being held in Milan—is Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. The event is an occasion to focus the world’s attention on all themes related to the food industry from sustainability issues to management ones. It’s an optimal time to discover the variables that need to be taken into account when entering and competing in the food and beverage industry.

This topic is a multidimensional ecosystem which, at the same time, connects and divides our world. Companies working in this field have to face multiple dilemmas every day such as: operating with innovation or tradition, or locally or globally, and more.

Managing Food and Beverage Companies gives learners concrete examples on how companies can define and innovate their value proposition to have a real impact on the customer experience. Learners will meet Italian and international excellences, marketing directors, wine producers, and famous chefs. There will be discussions behind their success, what are the ingredients are that companies have to keep in mind to build their unique and long lasting recipe; all of which seasoned with a cinematic style and flair.
