Don't add anything to my resume unless you're confident you can demonstrate proficiency on cue.
Your resume should be a tight, focused, single-page document that tells a coherent story about your skills and experience.
That said, LinkedIn has a skills section where you can add various keyword skills:
Hiring managers and recruiters will query LinkedIn to find candidates with specific skill keywords, so you want this to be as inclusive as possible.
I'd say if you can complete all of the Bonfire challenges, for example, that would definitely qualify you to add JavaScript as a keyword skill to your LinkedIn profile.
