Hey there, I am planning to take a routine for a.m. studying around 2.45-04.00 a.m daily. My timezone is GMT+7.

Do we have an overlapping time here?

It's 6:45 in the morning at 3:45 Gmt , anything earlier that that is not possible, sorry
