Here is my list of Online Courses to learn data structures and algorithms. It is sorted according to quality (in my opinion) :

• Stanford Algorithm Part 1 and Part 2 on Coursera
• Princeton Part1 and Part2 on Coursera
• Introduction to Algorithm by MIT OCW
• Data Structures by Berkeley
• Advance Data Structures by MIT OCW
• Data Structure by Harvard Extension School

Most of these courses are language independent. So you're free to do assignments in whichever language you want.
