Most MOOCs offer the option to gain a verified certificate. These certificates are easily shareable and provide a verification URL link which allows you to prove that your certificate is genuine and that you completed and passed a course.

How to find the verification URL link for my MOOC certificates

On Coursera

  • Open your Accomplishments page.
  • Click the Certificate you want to get URLs for.
  • Copy the URLs and share them wherever you want to provide the link
On edX
  1. Log in on the edX platform and select Dashboard from the dropdown menu icon next to your username.
  2. Select View Certificate to open the certificate in your browser.
  3. Select the certificate ID - the certificate opens in a new browser page.
  4. Copy the URL from the browser address bar and share it wherever you want to provide the link.
On FutureLearn
  • Log into your FutureLearn account and go to your Profile
  • Select 'Your Learning', then Click on 'Achievements'
  • Under achievements you’ll see your certificates. Click on "Share" and copy the URL to share it wherever you want to provide the link.
