What happens if my student did not attend a scheduled lesson?

MoocLab considers that tutors who are not given 24-hours' advance notice of a student needing to miss or to reschedule a lesson have the right to request payment for that lesson.

However, sometimes emergencies happen, so it's always best to discuss the problem with your student first using MoocLab's messaging system and see if you can reschedule the lesson.

What if I don't wish to reschedule a missed lesson?
Tutors can refuse to reschedule a missed lesson if the student missed the lesson without letting the tutor know ahead of time. In these situations, we ask that the student confirms the session as complete. MoocLab then transfers the payment to the tutor.

You will receive a confirmation email from contact@mooclab.club once your lesson has been confirmed by your student. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days please notify MoocLab using the Payment Request Form.
