Go with Strang's lectures if you're good at math and Khan Academy if you want it explained like you're five. I listened to Strang's lectures after taking linear algebra and still learned a lot from them. But when I watched Khan Academy they took several minutes to explain really simple concepts and examples.

Is someone forcing you to pick one or the other? Watch them and see how you like them. It's not like they cost money.

In the end, it doesn't matter either way. I don't think I've ever met someone who learned linear algebra by taking a course or reading a book. It's something you pick up gradually as you learn other things that use it.
