    Esther Gacicio is an Assistant Director in charge of E-Learning at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD), where she develops e-content for the institute’s clientele. She has a Master’s degree in Education and a graduate diploma in Leadership Development in ICT and Knowledge Society from Dublin City University.
    She has overseen the development of various online programs regionally and globally, and initiated an award winning online program called Elimika which offers online courses for the Institute’s clientele.
