Khan Academy is great - you should totally use it.
But is it the best way? No. The best way is to use a number of different resources simultaneously. Khan Academy and other web-based learning, tutors, textbooks, practice problems, more practice problems, working with other students, explaining to other people, and repeating all of these techniques.
The more numerous and varied your approaches at learning, the more likely you are to have that knowledge stick.
