Does certificates from websites like Coursera, Udacity or Edx help you get a job?

Of course, every little bit helps. I think a certificate from any of these MOOCs "can't hurt". I think the real value is in the projects you complete during the course of these courses - something to add to your profile that clearly says, "I did this and these are the problems I solved." Invaluable.
