Are there good MOOCs on causal inference, time series analysis and experimental design?

For experimental design, I recommend Design and Interpretation of Clinical Trials by Johns Hopkins on Coursera. It starts in March!

For time series analysis, the best that I've found online were all of the lecture materials for Charlotte Wickham's Stat 565 at Oregon State University

For causal inference, unfortunately I haven't found any class resources online yet, but I would recommend checking out the many resources linked from Rubin causal model. The main ideas of the Rubin causal model are not very notational heavy, so the papers aren't too difficult of a read. Also check out Where can I find a good writeup about propensity models?
