No, for most programming, you barely need to be able to add up.
Seriously, if you can add up a little, that's probably enough for a lot of programming tasks.
If you're making programs like Blender, then your mathematics probably has to be exceptionally good. If you're making something like Twitter, other than the scaling issues, the mathematics involved is extremely basic.
