Most people who visit MoocLab are learners of some sort. And people who are learning new skills are likely to get stuck at some point. The problem with learning in an online environment is that it can be difficult to get help when you need it.
This is where YOU could come in. If you consider yourself to be knowledgeable in your field, would you be interested in becoming a volunteer "Tutor" on MoocLab?
What would this involve?
We would create subject based forums where MoocLab visitors could request help on a particular topic.
As a Tutor, you would be required to check daily if there are any new posts, and provide an answer where possible.
By clicking on "Watch Forum" or "Watch Thread" at the top of the thread list or post list, you can choose to receive e-mail notifications when a new question is posted, allowing you to quickly respond.
If you would like to help others out and become a volunteer Tutor on MoocLab, please reply to this message in the box below or contact us giving details of your area of expertise, your level of knowledge in that field and your availability to respond to questions posted in the forums.
