The courses you list are the ones I would suggest — math and composition are very important for any career along the lines you mention. Others to consider are basic computer science, and maybe a foreign language.
As noted in other answers, try to find A/P classes so you can get some credit for what you are taking.
Be careful not to get overloaded; remember that your "in person" class results are more important for your graduation and GPA.
Also, your comment about "Ivy League" suggest you might benefit from reading my answer to Does it matter where you go to college?
