MOOC Platform FutureLearn

FutureLearn offers an interesting and diverse collection of courses provided by highly reputable institutions and organisations. The courses tend be of an introductory level and would be best suited to people wishing to get a taste of a subject.

Lots of different topics. Most courses are powered by British universities. Courses last between 2 and 8 weeks. An ideal way to dive into different kinds of highly interesting knowledge.

I like the fact that I can also download lectures in PDF to cut cost on video streaming, which very expensive on this part of the world.

I tried to take some courses from this site, but it was just so unintuitive with the interface of this site. Having used Coursera and Edx, I felt sort of blank at the design of the page demotivating me to study. Maybe something fancy is not what would attract me more
