I believe the only way to beat procrastination is by changing from dependency on motivation to discipline. Motivation is pretty inconsistent, so I am trying to make studying a regular practice and eventually a habit. I am still struggling to achieve this consistently. So, perhaps having a serious accountability partner preferably (but not compulsorily) from similar domains of academics would help me become more disciplined and improve through academic/personal development.

Studying together on camera does not help me, so I prefer to exchange a few messages about our goals and achievements several times a day, rather than a synchronized session.
