       A final year medical student from Egypt, have the urge to learn but maybe need to work on the methodology.. preparing for finals and steps exam, already done with ECFMG account so I would appreciate a serious SP who's a senior/ graduate, open to discussing both clinical and USMLE step 1 concepts which are relatively integrated. Looking for research position or USCE..
       Studying is online but SP from Egypt in Alex or Cairo are appreciated too
