Hello! I'm Aisha and I'm 13 years old! I've given my Physics (lower A* - 8), Chemistry (upper A* - 9) and Biology (lower A* - 8) IGCSE examinations as a private candidate and I'm am now preparing for my Mathematics A and English as a Second Language examinations (Exam in May 2024). I'm homeschooled.
I must admit, I do procrastinate...a lot. I have lots of dreams and love to learn new things but studying and learning are two very different things. I love learning, but studying tends to get boring sometimes. Especially Mathematics! I know that the field I want to pursue has got lots of mathematics in it, but I sometimes forget my goals.
If you don't know the difference between LEARNING and STUDYING, here it is:
Learning is gaining knowledge because YOU are GENUINELY interested in the topic. Learning has no rules, no limits and lots of space to rise.
Studying is "gaining knowledge", or at least trying to, because your SYLLABUS, your TEACHERS, your ELDERS, people with AUTHORITY THINK that you should know it--they are right. You should know multiplication, even if you're not interested in it. However, that doesn't change the fact that LEARNING is easy to make FUN, but STUDYING is a little more harder to ENJOY (though not impossible).
Anyway, that's me, have a productive day!
