Help with extracting features from PPG signal wanted!
Hi, I am in lookout for a help from a medical / programming enthusiast, who are a bit familiar with PPG signals!
The aim is to predict Blood Pressure (both siastolic and diastolic) using data of PPG signal. The first step would be to extract features, but here I am lost. I am a newbie to ML, however, I do understand the principles, and have created several simple models. There is an option to use Neural Network to extract features, but I see it as a too advanced of a method. There are a lot of medical students here, hopefully, there is someone interested in Machine Learning, and could give me several valuable tips? I will be overly glad if someone can spread their wisdom! As a return, I may be of a help with overall data analysis, SQL etc.
