I really enjoyed taking CS191x: Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Computation from UC Berkeley as a high school student. The course was a great introduction to quantum mechanics, quantum compuation, and even linear algebra! Furthermore, it was very accessible to a high school student with a strong background in mathematics (i.e. knowledge of calculus)
Other great classes I have taken on edX include:
CS50x: Introduction to Computer Science (the online version of Harvard's CS50)
MIT 6.002x: Circuits and Electronics (the original edX course, this one is amazing!)
and most recently, an experiment that put a graduate theoretical physics class online:
MIT 8.EFTx: Effective Field Theory
