MOOC Platform FutureLearn Offers Unlimited Access for £149 per Year

FutureLearn, the UK-based MOOC provider, recently announced a new pricing plan - Unlimited - offering unlimited access to most of its short courses for an introductory one-off payment of £149 for one year. This offer will be available until 11 May 2019, after which Unlimited will cost £209.

The Unlimited plan allows you to complete any number of short courses which offer a Certificate of Achievement. The courses can be completed in your own time within a year and include a printable digital Certificate of Achievement once you're eligible. As an Unlimited learner, you can also keep the content of any course you've gained a digital Certificate of Achievement on.

Courses not included in the Unlimited Plan are premium, program assessments, degrees (although open taster courses are), and classes which offer a Statement of Participation (rather than a Certificate of Achievement).

Access to most short courses on FutureLearn still remains free for learners who do not wish to gain access to tests or earn a Certificate of Achievement, and the option to Upgrade is still available if you just want to complete a single course.

With the average cost of upgrading on a single course being £52, this new pricing plan represents a considerable price reduction for learners wishing to take more than 4 courses.
