Kim Caldbeck appointed as Chief Marketing Officer and Leah Belsky to lead Enterprise Solutions.

Coursera’s growth and success has been fueled by the commitment and hard work of our exceptionally talented team who show up every day to help further our mission in the world. Together, our team has helped to bring more than 33 million learners, 150+ university partners, and over 1,000 companies to our platform. Alongside our commitment to a global mission, we’re also deeply invested in nurturing a talent pipeline that provides inspirational leadership to our teams and partners.

Today, I’m delighted to announce that we are elevating two exceptional leaders into executive positions. Kim Caldbeck will take on the CMO role and, Leah Belsky is now our new VP and head of the Enterprise Solutions group.

Kim joined Coursera in 2015 as Director of Brand and Product Marketing. Over the past three years, she has led efforts to create engaging experiences for learners and helped to build a widely recognized brand that evokes trust, quality, and attainability. In her new role as CMO, Kim will focus on expanding our brand and marketing efforts that meaningfully engage our rapidly growing community of learners and partners, at scale.

Leah also joined Coursera in 2015 with many years of experience running large enterprise teams at Kaltura and Intel, an SAP funded enterprise company. Since joining she has been an integral part of the enterprise team and a key driver of growth, helping build Coursera for Business and Governments from the ground up. In less than two years, Coursera for Business has grown more than 300 percent year over year and now serves more than 1,000 customers including 60 Fortune 500 companies, due in no small part to Leah’s leadership. We look forward to her continued commitment to serving learners globally and helping companies and governments transform their current and future talent.

Both Kim and Leah embody Coursera’s core values and a learner-first mindset that is so central to everything we do. We’re incredibly proud of our vibrant, diverse, and big-hearted community, and, with these appointments, we’re excited to continue to build Coursera into a powerful force for change around the world.

Come, join us!
