How do I get paid?
In order to get paid for your tutoring service, you'll need to have or create a PayPal Account. If you don't already have one, click here to set up your PayPal Account.

Each country has different requirements for payment via Paypal. Many require that you have to submit your real identification with your country's Paypal website.

Please visit your country's Paypal website to ensure that your Paypal account can receive funds. If you need to contact Paypal about your account, visit Paypal self help.

Here, you can view Paypal's list of supported countries and currencies.

When you create your MoocLab Tutor Resource Page, you will be able to provide use with the email address associated with your PayPal account so that we can make payments directly into your PayPal account.

When do I get paid?
When a student pays for a lesson with you, MoocLab collects the fee in full. Once we have received confirmation from your student that the lesson has been successfully completed, we can then arrange for payment to be made into your PayPal account. We recommend that you remind your student to confirm the lesson once it has been completed.

Before the end of the lesson, you can remind the student to confirm the lesson by sending a message like this:
After the lesson, please remember to go to here: https://www.mooclab.club/resources/market-place-user-purchases to confirm that the lesson is complete. Thank you very much!

You will receive a confirmation email from contact@mooclab.club once your lesson has been confirmed by your student. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 days of completing a lesson, please notify MoocLab using the contact form.

You will receive your funds within 10 days after the lesson has been confirmed by the student.

Please note that there may be additional payment fees incurred by PayPal as fees vary in each individual country. This is not a MoocLab cost but a PayPal cost that the Tutor must bear.
