Fundamentals of Immunology

This specialization is designed to equip students with the basic concepts and vocabulary of immunology. The goal is to provide students from different backgrounds with a fundamental understanding of immunology and the ability to appreciate and analyze new developments in immunological therapies designed for the treatment of disease.

Anatomy

Integrative Health and Medicine

If you want to help your patients or clients manage conditions or symptoms such as pain and anxiety, this specialization will provide the knowledge and skills needed. In these five courses, you will explore integrative therapies, including herbal medicine, guided imagery, aromatherapy, and mindfulness. The courses of this specialization are designed to equip learners to manage common health conditions including asthma, allergies, diabetes, and seizures. The courses are designed to move the learner through the progression of care for healthy newborns in the first month of life. The first half of the specialization consists of clinical provisions such as initial medical interventions and screenings, health assessments and resulting diagnoses.
