@Ankit Khandelwal joins MoocLab’s Interview series: “Life-changing experiences of learning with MOOCs” to share his perspectives on taking MOOCs and how they helped him in his quest to become a global manager.

Ankit Khandelwal pioneered the UNESCO endorsed “Zero Cost MBA” using MOOCs to acquire skills to become a global manager. Ankit embraced this project full-time from his home in India and completed over 30 business and culture related MOOCs within 2 years to prepare himself for working in a multicultural global environment. After finishing his project, he then spent time in promoting online education around the world through blogs, publications, conference presentations and interviewing other MOOC enthusiasts.

In collaboration with MoocLab, Ankit also initiated this interview series with the aim to inspire people interested in studying online, and also to serve as a guide and reference. Today, he is with us giving his perspective on his own MOOC journey.

Glad to see what Ankit is doing.

I have been promoting real good online for the last 20 years .
Can I join you Ankit ?
Unfortunately USA has provided many very bad online degree programs , people do hate online and say online is bad .
What is MOOC. ? I say a good online degree program same as oncampus courses developed by the same top professors . To me MOOC is an inferior term. Like free courses .
Unfortunately only EDX provide academically worthwhile online courses .

Ankit's experience with MOOCs and online learning is impressive, as is his approach to enhance today's educational development.
I follow his story with great interest, not only because Ankit belongs to those fellow ChinaXers that I could build up a friendship with – even if so far on a more virtual level, but because I am convinced that the path that he shows us is indeed standing for an important part of the future of lifelong learning.
